Welcome to American English For You, LLC! By enrolling in our online courses and programs, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your registration.

1. Course/Program Registration & Payment

• Full payment is required at the time of enrollment to secure your spot in the course/program.
• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and include any applicable taxes or fees.

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. While our aim is to keep our classes small and consistent, we offer the following options:

• Before Course Start:
  If you cancel up to 7 days before the course/program begins, you may request a 90% refund or credit toward a future course/program (valid for up to 6 months).
• After Course Start:
  Once the course/program has commenced, fees become non-refundable. However, you may transfer your enrollment to a later cohort under special circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies), pending approval.
• Missed Classes:
  Fees are not refunded or prorated for missed classes. When possible, we offer class recordings or materials to help you stay on track.

3. Class Access & Materials

• You will receive access to class links, learning materials, and instructions prior to the course start date.
• It is your responsibility to ensure you have a stable internet connection and the necessary equipment for online learning.

4. Student Conduct

• We expect respectful and appropriate behavior in all classes.
• Any form of harassment or disruptive conduct may result in the removal from the class without a refund.

5. Schedule Changes & Cancellations

• American English For You, LLC reserves the right to reschedule or cancel classes due to teacher availability, emergencies, or low enrollment. In such rare cases, alternative arrangements or credit may be offered.

6. Intellectual Property

• All class materials are the intellectual property of American English For You, LLC or the course/program instructor and may not be redistributed, reproduced, or recorded without permission.

7. Agreement

By submitting your payment and enrolling in the course/program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
